Terms of Service

The plain-English version: be kind, don't break things, own your stuff. The full version is below in case you need it for a legal team.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Ge·on you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ge·on.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Ge·on to harass, abuse, spam, or violate the law. Communities can set their own additional rules; admins enforce them. Repeated violations lead to suspension.

4. Your content

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Ge·on a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it inside the product. You can delete your content at any time.

5. Paid plans

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Refunds are pro-rated for annual plans within the first 30 days.

6. Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or its users.

7. Disclaimer

Ge·on is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will be error-free.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-product at least 30 days before they take effect.
